Stephen Wells serves as Executive Director of Engineering for Celtic Energy (CEI). With over 35 years of experience in the energy engineering industry, Mr. Wells brings to the CEI team valuable knowledge of energy project development and a strong passion for energy conservation. As Executive Director, Mr. Wells oversees the entire engineering team, performs oversight and management of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs), and communicates with clients in order to achieve successful and cost-effective energy projects.
