Celtic Energy’s president Christopher F. Halpin, attends the NAESCO Federal Market Workshop in Washington D.C. March 14-18. Mr. Halpin attended multiple workshops hosted by the Department of Energy, General Services Administration, Department of the Navy, and Homeland Security at the event for an up to the minute report on the various federal initiatives underway to accelerate the use of energy resiliency at federal buildings.The Workshop will focus on the key elements, updates, changes, processes, and people involved in the vast Federal energy efficiency and infrastructure improvement market.
