Now that we are commencing with a second Performance Contract for Energy Cost Savings project. we wanted to take this opportunity to discuss our experience with Celtic Energy.

We have been very pleased with Celtic's level of expertise and guidance throughout the initial RFP phase, selection process, and award of the contract. It is a pleasure working with Jess Franco, as he always clearly explains not only the energy implementation options, with the pros and cons of each, but also the financial and contracting process, allowing us to make decisions with confidence. CEI acts as a true advocate for the best interests of the City of Henderson, and that is something that has been noticed and very much appreciated.

Due in large part to the first-rate experience we had with Celtic Energy during the first performance contract, we were confident in moving forward with our city-wide contract. We look forward to another successful energy upgrade project with Celtic Energy.
