EDF's Investor Confidence Project has developed a best practice framework to standardize the process for predicting and measuring energy savings, enabling acceleration of energy efficiency investments and the emergence of a robust and thriving commercial building sector. 

Celtic Energy has joined on as a Project Ally to help the EDF  & ICP team to define open standards in order to enable the flow of private investment required to launch a global market for energy efficiency in the built environment.

Celtic Energy, Inc. Develops Best Practices for Energy Savings Performance Contracting

Celtic Energy was hired by Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P) and United Illuminating (UI) to develop a comprehensive 'best practices' document for ESPC in the Municipal, University, School, and Hospital markets. Chris Halpin, President of Celtic Energy led the working group which included representatives from State government, City and Town officials, NGO's, ESCO's, and the Energy Efficiency Board.
