Celtic Energy, Inc. Develops Best Practices for Energy Savings Performance Contracting

Celtic Energy was hired by Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P) and United Illuminating (UI) to develop a comprehensive 'best practices' document for ESPC in the Municipal, University, School, and Hospital markets. Chris Halpin, President of Celtic Energy led the working group which included representatives from State government, City and Town officials, NGO's, ESCO's, and the Energy Efficiency Board.
