Mr. Pagliaro performs as an energy engineer for Celtic Energy.  With this position comes the responsibility of energy efficiency analysis, research, and development.  He analyzes existing energy systems and their performance, surveys mechanical equipment and lighting, constructs baseline models with utility history and Trane Trace, and completes savings calculations for the energy conservation projects a facility may be qualified for.  Mr. Pagliaro also works with the other members of the Celtic Energy team to devise and implement master energy plans for existing commercial and industrial facilities.

Currently at Celtic Energy, Mr. Pagliaro is performing energy engineering tasks for Blue Cross Blue Shield Head Quarters in North Carolina and the Pratt and Whitney engine center of Middletown, CT.  He is analyzing lighting and mechanical systems for the two existing facilities and developing savings calculations for future detailed energy reports.  He is also involved in an energy model using Trane Trace which entails analyzing the chiller and HVAC systems of the Blue Cross Blue Shield facility of Durham, NC.

As a former employee of the MassMutual Convention Center in Springfield, MA, Mr. Pagliaro worked under the chief engineer of the facility.  During his time there, he aided the technicians of the building with HVAC analysis including field surveys, testing, maintenance, and repair of different systems.  He also took part in the reconstruction of the facility's hockey rink.

Mr. Pagliaro has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University.  As a senior year member at Fairfield, he worked with other team members in designing and constructing a Geothermal Heat Pump prototype.  He has also been a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and plans to join the ever growing Association of Energy Engineers in the near future.
