The distinction establishes a standard of professional competence, recognizing professionals with an expertise in a variety of areas, including energy, power, green facilities, and industry.

On July 18th, 2010 James Pagliaro officially became eligible for the CEM® certification, as he completed his third year at Celtic Energy, Inc.
Christian Michel, Celtic Energy's newest member, recently passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. Passing this grueling 8-hour long exam means that Christian is officially a Licensed-Engineer-In-Training.
