• Review AE plans, looking specifically for opportunities to improve the efficiency of the building systems. The systems typically analyzed include lighting, HVAC, boilers, chillers, controls, building envelope (windows, insulation, etc.), renewable energy technologies, and production equipment
• Perform cursory cost/benefit analyses for the recommendations made, with the assistance of the PM
